Mr. Draft is a visionary entrepreneur who navigated his way through multiple marketing revolutions, building a global advertising agency from 13 employees in 1978 to over 8,000. He recently retired as Executive Chairman of DraftFCB (currently FCB) in December 2014.

As Draft's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, he turned what was a direct marketing agency into a global marketing services company with expertise in all media, retail, digital, promotion and general advertising. The business grew dramatically through a strategy of organic growth and acquisitions. In his career, key client relationships include: HBO, Verizon, KFC, Taco Bell, State Farm Insurance, American Express and Beiersdorf/Nivea.

As Chief Executive Officer of DraftFCB, he led the agency's investment in early stage company Facebook in 2006 at a $440 million valuation. Once the acquisition was completed the relationship was managed at the agency level and then the proceeds from the sale were harvested at the IPG level. He has also served as Jury President at the International Advertising Festival in Cannes. In 2007, Howard was elected to the Board of Directors to the Ad Council.

In 2010, he was inducted into the Direct Marketing Association Hall of Fame, honored with the Maxwell “Mac” Dane Award for Humanitarian Excellence by the UJA-Federation of New York and awarded the Chicago Advertising Federation's Lifetime Achievement Award.

Howard also serves on the Board of Directors for Peloton Cycle, MyMedia, Jukka Foods and is the former director of OptionsXpress Holdings, Inc. He has been an entrepreneur who helped found, build and sell companies such as ToyWatch, Effen Vodka and Wantickets.

A father of three, Draft is a graduate of Ripon College, having earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Art History.

Mr. Berg is Chairman of the River North Group, a marketing agency holding company in Chicago, Illinois. River North includes Legacy Marketing Partners, a top experiential marketing agency and Surge Innovations, a global incentive and premiums company. Legacy's clients include: Pernod Ricard, the second largest spirits company in the world and Constellation Brands, owner of Corona and Modelo Beers, the fastest growing beers in the US. He was President and CEO of KBA Marketing a former subsidiary of DraftWorldwide specializing in lifestyle marketing. KBA developed a nationwide network of over 5,000 bars and nightclubs to promote and grow brands.

Kevin is also recognized for developing a proprietary strategy called “Trend Influence Marketing™” a nontraditional approach to specific targeted demographics. Using unconventional methods of field promotion, special event production, sponsorship placement, social and digital marketing, this service model has redefined the world of on-premise marketing.

Kevin was a founder and former Chairman of Effen Vodka, a leading premium vodka and eventually sold it to Constellation. In addition to Effen, Mr. Berg is a founding partner of Kilo Kai, a spiced rum and he is an investor in many well known hospitality and restaurant ventures throughout the US.

Steven   Berg

Steven Berg

Mr. Berg has over 35 years of executive sales, distribution, management, and marketing experience, primarily in the Beverage Alcohol Industry. He has served as Division Manager, Bacardi Imports; Regional VP Sales, Coors Brewing Company; EVP Sales and Marketing-West, G Heileman Brewing Company, EVP/GM, Original New York Seltzer Company; EVP/GM, Effen Vodka, and EVP/GM, Apostrophe Brands/Kilo Kai Spiced Rum.

As EVP/GM of Effen Vodka, Steve was responsible for setting up the distribution network and field sales force nationally from start up to sale of the brand to Constellation Brands. Steve also set up national distribution and the field sales force for Apostrophe Brands/ Kilo Kai Spiced Rum as a start-up company.

Steve has an extensive background in all areas of the Beverage Alcohol Industry, having worked his way through the corporate end of the industry from field sales to executive sales management, marketing responsibilities, and production responsibilities. He has called on every level of retailers in all 50 states, including chains, independents, and on premise accounts. Steve was then able to use that experience to lead in the start up of 2 independent spirits brands, as well as consulting for several others.

Steven  Weiner

Steven Weiner

Mr. Weiner has over 30 years of experience in sales, operations and finance. He led the merger of the fourth and fifth largest travel management firms resulting in the creation of the third largest company in the industry while blending two diverse cultures and achieving significant financial synergies.

Steven has guided organizations through transitions in finance, technology and operations as advances in those areas have improved productivity and led to the ultimate sale of four different businesses, providing significant returns while meeting the goals of ownership. Steven served as Executive Vice President for Wantickets, mentored the management team, and drove results in sales growth from $17M to over $65M in three years.

For the past 8 years, Steven has been a part of the River North Group acting as Portfolio Manager, working with the management teams of the various organizations to improve productivity and maximize returns.

Adam   Lambert

Adam Lambert

Operations

Adam has spent 20 years in the beverage industry. Prior to SCB, he worked with 3 prominent craft brewers: 2 years as VP of Sales New Holland Brewery and Distillery, 7 years’ as VP of Sales for Dogfish Head Craft Brewery and 6 years as National Sales and Marketing Manager for Rogue Ales. His past experiences include owning a wine distribution company and beverage brokerage, and he is a long serving member of the Brewers Association.

In the 6 years overseeing the growth at Rogue Craft Brewery, Adam grew the brand from 28K barrels to 78K. The brand expanded distribution to all 50 states and 20 countries internationally, being one of the first American craft beers to be sold in China. Rogue's distribution footprint consisted of 125 distributors across 50 states.

Adam then joined Dogfish Head Craft Brewery [DFH] as VP of Sales, managing a fast paced growing brewery for 7 years. He helped grow the operation from 78K barrels to 230K bbls by 2014. During his time there, DFH expanded to 30 states with a distributor network of 135 wholesalers. All functional areas of business operations were touched during his time at DFH, including collaborations in the Beer, Food, Music, and Clothing industries. Many of these collaborations were turned in to retail sales building programs to enhance the business of both the brewery and retailers.
